Address: 925 Lincoln St, Unit B, Denver, CO 80203
As part of its continued effort to prepare the state for the nearly 68 percent increase of people more than 65 years old by 2030, the State’s Strategic Action Planning Group on Aging (SAPGA) will begin a series of meetings across the state to gather input from local residents responding to, and building on, the Planning Group’s Initial Strategic Action Plan on Aging for Colorado, released this past November. The meetings are open to the public, with a special invitation extended to older adults, caregivers, service providers, elected officials and advocates who work with seniors. The Planning Group seeks opinions, suggestions and guidance on issues facing our aging public that it can use to support local initiatives that improve the lives of seniors in the area.
